Sentinel Events Solutions is an organisation specially created for unique and original events derived from military training activities. Elaborated in a watered down, fun but challenging way to fulfill expectations, bind and enhance a team's or individual's abilities and learn how to dig out unsuspected inner strength, acquire the right mental attitudes and techniques to win against difficulty and what might seem impossible, to transform an uncomfortable and doubtful situation into victory.
SENTINEL EVENTS SOLUTIONS (SES) offers you the opportunity to challenge your team by choosing a specific activity or simply adding it to your own corporate events, through a range of adrenalin pumping fun experiences over 2 or 4 day stay in the amazing Czech city of Prague or Malta. By the end of the course, we promise that your team will have had the opportunity to challenge themselves, their colleagues and have a greater acknowledgement of the importance of support and challenge within any team. We feel that what we offer will test the strength of character in a fun and exhilarating way and promote resilience in your team, an important trait to transfer back into the world of business. Individual’s abilities to build on their strengths, increase self-esteem, and develop strategies to increase performance to a high standard, thus increasing productivity. A win win situation, healthy happy workforce equals healthy happy profits! We offer purpose built modern accommodation which can host approx 20 individuals around Prague or hotels in Malta. The food during your stay with us will be freshly prepared and served on site in the restaurant. We recognise the individuality of companies and therefore wish to acknowledge this in the bespoke packages we offer. We want to listen to what you need from your time with us and plan the best itinerary to meet all your requirements, making it fun and outcome driven. Currently we offer the following; Team building activities - we recognise that a healthy body also stimulates a healthy mind and helps individuals to remain focussed and deal with the stresses of the workplace. We therefore offer physically challenging Activities such as fitness challenges based on the principles of cross fit, there will be a mini assault course and we can offer tuition in Krav magna and self-defence with our specialist instructor. We also have the team building favourites of raft building, which can identify the natural leaders, the idea generators and the doers! For something a little different we can offer the opportunity to drive one of our Russian armoured personnel carriers, this can be a great source of fun. We are delighted to have a high spec shooting range on site close to Prague where individuals can receive expert tuition from our highly qualified ex Royal Marine Commando firearms Instructor in Glock Pistol and AK47 Assault Rifle. This opportunity is excellent for focussing the mind of the team members and can create a bit of competition between individuals as to who can shoot on target, whilst gaining new skills in a safe and fun environment. If that's not enough.... Then we are fortunate enough to be based approx 40 minutes from Prague city centre and so can transport the team for some "downtime" to sightsee around this beautiful Czech city. We can arrange a night out experiencing the buzz of the city!
